We want you to be completely satisfied with your Mary Wyatt garments; if your order isn't quite right, you can return items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all Mary Wyatt tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.

  Ship the Parcel

  Generate your return shipping label through the portal and drop your package off at any authorized collection point or post office.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
